Daniel Holcombe

Class of '10

While at UNC Asheville, Daniel Holcombe served as President of the UNC Asheville chapter of Sigma Delta Pi and organized two major guest speaker events. Since graduating in 2010, Daniel has served as President of the North Carolina Professional Interpreting Association (NCPIA) and as Program Coordinator of the WNC Interpreter Network, Buncombe County Medical Society. In 2011, Daniel received a Teacher Assistantship at Arizona State University and began his studies there in the fall to pursue an MA in Spanish Literature. In July 2011 he presented a paper at the Centro de Estudios de Narratología in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
